CHAUTAUQUA LAKE ESTATES is located in the western part of New York State between Buffalo and Erie, Pennsylvania. Our condo is situated above the lake and gives one an unobstructed view of the lake from both the livingroom and master bedroom.

One of  our closest attractions is the Chautauqua Institute which is a cultural experience with varied events to entertain just about anybody during its summer season. There are even horse drawn sleigh rides during winter months. And if you like to ski there are two resorts less than an hour away.

Just down the road there is Bemus Point which I like to think of as a "Little Cape Cod" in the summer with waterfront restaurants with live entertainment and a hotel with a great front porch that is over 100 years old.  Even in the winter months you can't beat the fish fry at the See-Zurh House or big breakfast at the Bemus Point Inn. And close by to Bemus is the Lucille Ball Museum in Jamestown.  Less than an hour's drive to Salamanca is the Seneca Indian Casino.

Winter months provide ice fishing on the lake and boat rentals during warmer weather as well as a tour of the lake on the Chautauqua Belle, a real steam paddlewheeler or you can have lunch or dinner on the Summer Wind.
